KUNG FU 2

ESPAÑOL

Otro genial remake de otro no menos genial clásico de las recreativas. En este caso, el diseñador indi Gary Gasko nos trae un remake del clásico Spartan X/Kung Fu Master de Irem, el cual, además de mejorar los gráficos, añade otras cosas como la posibilidad de lanzar Hadokens a lo Ryu y toneladas de sangre, y todo ello respetando siempre el espírutu de la recreativa original.

Impresionante Beat ´Em Up desarrollado por el diseñador indi JonSilva mediante el motor OpenBOR y utilizando varios juegos de Neo Geo como base. El juego nos permitirá elegir entre varios personajes de la saga The Art of Fighting, cada cual con sus propias técnicas especiales. Además de ser un juego tremendamente largo con una gran variedad de fases y enemigos, su diseñador ha tirado la casa por la ventana, incluyendo escenas con imágenes sacadas directamente de los títulos de SNK para narrarnos la historia, así como fases con vehículos entre muchas otras cosas. Uno de los mejores juegos creados con el motor OpenBOR que ningún fan de este género debería perderse, pues hasta la mismísima SNK estaría orgullosa de este juego.

Impressive Beat ´Em Up created by indie developer Jonsilva using the OpenBOR engine. Using several SNK games as a base, the game will allow us to choose from among several characters from the Art of Fighting series, each of them with their own special attacks. On top a of being a really long game with a huge variety of stages and enemies, this talented indie developer added cut scenes using images from many SNK games for the story of the game, as well as stages with vehicles among many other features. One of the best games ever created with the OpenBOR engine that no fan of the genre should miss, for even SNK would be proud of this game.

El juego incluye nada más y nada menos que 30 luchadores provenientes de las franquicias de ambas compañías, todos con sus técnicas especiales características, y con unos gráficos y una banda sonora de 8 bits que imitan a la perfección a los títulos que fueron lanzados en su momento para la plataforma de SNK. Un gran juego con un acabado muy profesional que podía haber sido perfectamente una entrega oficial de la franquicia y que seguro que encandilará a los amantes del género.

One of the best and most unique games of the "maker" scene. Created by indie developer Ulissan using Enterbrain´s 2D Fighter Maker engine, SVC 2 is a 2D fighter that uses the Neo Geo Pocket version of this timeless classic along with other fighters of SNK´s portable platform as a base to deliver one of the best fighters of the indie scene. The game includes 30 characters from franchises of both companies, each with their own special attacks and combos, and with a graphic style that imitates perfectly the one of the titles we could see in SNK´s platform, on top of a superb 8-bit chiptune. A wonderful game that could have perfectly been an official entry in the series and that will surely please all the fans of the genre.

Indie developer Pierwolf brings us another master piece of the OpenBOR scene, delivering one of the based fanmade games based in Capcom´s classic Final Fight franchise. On top of the completely new stages, the game includes 23 selectable characters, 7 from the Final Fight trilogy for the Super Nintendo, plus the 16 characters that appeared in Super Street Fighter 2. The game also includes other features such as the possibility of performing all of the character´s characteristic special attacks, as well as the possibility of choosing different routes in order to complete the stages.
